This is an old schloss with guest rooms on the third floor. Third floor is also an art gallery with modern interesting works. Second floor is a very interesting museum where you get a feel for how it was lived in previously. It is a quiet tree and green place unfortunately sandwiched between two giant factories but ignore that and you can enjoy living in the past. Room is very modern with great art work, very spacious, clean and good bathroom. Breakfast was sufficient - ask for an egg if you want one. Bonus - there is a cat to enjoy trying to pet! We enjoyed the uniqueness of the property and our stay was wonderful. Great restaurant in town - Wirsthaus Goldenes Rössl which we walked to.

The facility is new and clean. We liked the design of the bicycle storage room. The breakfast quality is top-notch as well.

The hotel is situated beautifully on the boards of the Donau. The view from our room was exceptional. The room was spacious although perhaps a bit old-fashioned. We had an excellent dinner in the restaurant, which is highly recommended. The staff was very friendly throughout our stay. Breakfast was fine with sufficient choice.

Everything! I stopped in town at the Spar and picked up food for dinner and breakfast. Had researched directions on how to get to Haizing on my bicycle. Found the house and let myself in. It is about 2.5 miles from the town of Aschach and the Danube, so you are away from the traffic. Farm nearby, could hear the cows mooing. It was GREAT. Did not realize Katrina and her boyfriend Rhiner, actually live on the second floor, they came home while I was working on the Internet. Great people, very helpful. This was a magnificent experience for me. One of the two places I have stayed on this month long trip with screens on the windows. Great value.

There was a well equipped kitchen available, I made my meals by myself. The host offered not only full set of equipment, but also a big variety of cooking products (species, salt, sugar, tea, coffee....)

Great location for anyone doing a river bike tour. Breakfast was good, lots of healthy options. Staff were at all times attentive and helpful.
