The staff in the reception were very polite and checked me in without a problem, correcting the mistake made by Booking.com of two single beds to a larger single bed.

I stayed at this hotel the night before my flight to Sri Lanka, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The hotel is conveniently located less than a 10-minute Uber ride from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, and they also offer an airport shuttle service for $10 one way. Since my domestic flight from Rajshahi landed in Dhaka around 9:30 a.m., I arrived at the hotel at about 10:00 a.m. Even though check-in was much later, the hotel kindly provided me with a complimentary early check-in at 10:30 a.m., which I really appreciated after an early morning journey. The room was exceptionally spacious and had a luxurious feel. As a welcome gesture, they even sent a complimentary fruit platter to my room. It was well equipped with complimentary tea and coffee, a minibar, a hot plate, and a microwave oven. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with all the essential amenities, including dental and vanity kits. It featured a bathtub, reliable hot water, and excellent water pressure. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable. The room was well soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful and quiet stay. One thing I particularly appreciated was the location. The surrounding area felt very safe, even as a foreign traveler, and I never had any concerns about security. There were also plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shopping malls within walking distance, making it a great place to spend the evening if you have some free time before your flight. The hotel also has its own restaurant on the 8th floor, where you can order food throughout the day. What truly made my stay memorable was the staff. Every member of the team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. They greeted guests with a smile and consistently went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, luxurious, and convenient stay!

Great location near Dhaka airport. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The property is exceptionally well suited for business travelers, offering a refined, quiet, and highly professional atmosphere. Every detail reflects comfort, efficiency, and elegance, making it ideal for conducting business with ease. Special thanks and sincere appreciation to all the staff — from the door attendants, front desk team, and restaurant staff, to the hotel manager — for their outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care. Their dedication truly elevated the entire stay and left a lasting impression.
