Lovely holdiay property on a quiet side street in the Opvelp-Bierbeek, with stunning views of the countryside. The location offers easy access to the Meerdaelwoud forest and the major cities and towns in the region. Central Leuven is ca 15-20 minute drive away. There are shops and restaurants within a short bike ride or a drive. The house itself offers all the comforts you would expect and it's very beautifully decorated. The host Wout was also very helpful during our stay.

good beds, nice breakfast, nice nature location

Truly one of our favorite B&B we’ve ever stayed. Quiet get away with exceptional breakfast and wonderful staff. Bed was also very comfortable.

Beautiful B&B in a quiet neighborhood, friendly owners, very comfortable beds, modern and clean bathroom, stylish interior design. Great place to stay if you want something a little away from the buzz of downtown Leuven, but still very close to anywhere you might need to be for work or pleasure!

The location was perfect for us for visiting family nearby. The bus route was very close, as was shopping. The home was in a quiet neighborhood. There was a clothes washer for convenience. The cooking facilities were also good with a cooktop and oven. The home was nice and bright with natural light.

Spacious apartment in Oud heverlee. The apt was well designed to perfection. Very comfortable in every way. A/C was wonderful, shower, washer, double sinks all great. Coffee machine and kitchen well equipped. The owners were lovely and helpful.

This is a great bed and breakfast. The hosts live at the property and are always available. The studio was spacious, with nice little kitchenette. Everything was very clean, but what I liked the best were little details: jam and milk in the fridge, free tea and coffee, additional towels of different sizes, blankets etc. You instantly feel that the hosts really care! The location is not in the old city itself, and if you are coming by train, you'll have to take the bus. It is also convenient, because the bus stop is nearby and it stops quite often. The neighbourhood is very good, there's a park and old monastery nearby, very quiet - I slept like a baby. I can only recommend this B&B if you need a place to stay in Leuven!

Great hospitality. Ilyas has done above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and to assist us in any way he can. The apartment is truely cosy with high attention to details, and is very clean too. The breakfast is amazing , very rich and super tasty. The garden is beautiful and the chicks and dog are veeeeery cute.

A cute neat little property a 20 minute walk from the train station of Leuven! Hosts were very responsive and accommodating.
