The warmth of the welcome, the comfort of the room and bed, the wonderful breakfast and the outdoor swimming pool (okay, not in February, but it's there) makes this an exceptional place to stay in Belgium. We look forward to returning and we do, as often as we can.

It's already 10 years since first time I visited the B&B and since then I always return when in the area. Second generation took over very succesfully, keeping the offered service at the same high standards. Very well situated for business purpose, but also very comfortable, clean and cosy atmosphere.

Very charming boutique hotel in Sint Niklaas. Recommended to all bicycle tourists. You have a safe parking garage for your bike. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet, no noise from the neighbors. Lots of restaurants and pubs around the market place, 5 min from the hotel. The host, Ingrid, is very helpful if ever you need any assistance. This has been my 2nd stay and I will be back very soon.

The location was great - close to both Antwerp and Brussels. The place was near the river and trees, so we could here nature all day long. The owners of this place were very friendly and told us about the place and how it was in the neighborhood. Also, they had this very nice dog, that was wanting new friends. On the place there is restaurant so you have option to eat there. Also, for me as a huge reader, the place had many books and decore that was connected to reading. Place offers baby bed. The bathroom was spacious.

Our host was very friendly. The guesthouse itself was really big, with a large dining area and table, large living room, a fully equipped kitchen and two pretty big bedrooms. The bathroom was very clean. The house is situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood and is close to all major cities in belgium.
