It’s a beautiful and peaceful place for short or long holidays. The room is huge, we could accommodate a crib for our 4m old baby, and still has a lot of space to walk around and even for the baby to play on the floor. Bathroom also has a great size. Property is clean and tidy. Staffs are all friendly. Breakfast has a several option and everything was delicious, and the restaurant has a peaceful view to the lake. We’ll definitely come back more times, it’s close to Ghent and Brugge, to the beach and others cities, great location! The property has a beautiful lake and playground for kids. We don’t have a pet, but it’s also pet friendly and has nice facilities for it with a great outside area to play/walk with your pet. Ps: it’s a perfect place for everyone, and the rooms are soundproof, so you don’t have to worry about someone getting annoyed if you kid/baby is crying or if you dog is barking :)

Clean, modern, spacious room and bathroom. Free parking. And easy access to the bus is a short walk away. Nice restaurant and bar on-site. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The staff was really nice and they made us a beautiful delicious breakfast. The room was also very nice and clean. We definitely come back another time.

The house is incredibly well appointed and everything is clean. The extra beds made for an incredibly comfortable stay for the 7 of us. The hosts were lovely and it is convenient being across the street from their B&B. The house is perfectly situated between the town of Bruges and the beach.

This was a beautiful place to stay. Every room had so much character and charm. I loved our room with the fireplace and all the special touches. I also was a huge fan of the pillow menu. I would love an opportunity to head back to Bruges and stay at The Notary.

A place with a character, indeed. Lovely room, small but clean, antique furniture still quite comfortable. We had a breakfast in a restaurant and it was lovely: the wonderful lady met us, the breakfast was waiting for us, and fresh coffee was served right away. We arrived late for dinner, but the owner gave us directions to a nice place, a lovely local diner 5 min away.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect, from the clean and comfortable rooms to the friendly and helpful staff. The highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast — fresh, delicious, and incredibly varied, with options for every taste. The relaxing atmosphere and attention to detail made the whole experience memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return!

Very pleasant stay at d’Ereplatse. The accommodation is in a nice, peaceful location and was a great base for exploring the area. Everything was comfortable and well organised, and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Spacious for 4 people and good location to explore by car the surroundings, like De Haan, beach, Brugge

We were greeted on arrival by Christine & husband Christophe , a beautiful home …. So cosy and very lovingly decorated! It was immaculate yet homely - our rooms were very comfortable and well equipped. Christine made a very good breakfast…. The best I’ve had with local produce and all displayed so lovingly on the table . They both went out of their way to make our stay wonderful x
