The hotel is freshly renovated, it's nice and spacious. The rooms are clean, comfortable and bright. The pools aren't deep, and all people can enjoy them. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I can genuinely say that Gaby saved our summer holiday after a few days of bad experience in another hotel. The animation is fun and interactive for all ages. Our family was able to enjoy all the activities. Petya took great care of our son, Eray didn't let us gain weight with his gymnastics and water exercises and of course Eli who took care of the party side of our stay with the drinking games and the funny competitions. We appreciate the hard work of all staff members from the polite bellboy, the helpful receptionists, the energetic bartenders, and all the other nice young people that we met during our stay.

The rooms were spacious, cozy, and very clean. The pool area was incredibly relaxing, with wonderfully refreshing water. The staff, especially the lady at the front desk, was friendly and accommodating. Plus, there’s a lovely beach nearby. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

This year I brought my family to this Hotel after last year I came with a group of friends. Since I forgot to leave a comment last year, I will mention now 2 in 1 😄. Everything is perfect, from the room conditions (every element looks new and maintained) to the food which is great, fresh and pretty diverse for a small-medium sized hotel. The owners know how to keep their clients and are very respectful. The quality-price ratio of their offer is very good and most probably I will revisit this place! We faced a few issues with our booking upon our arrival due to the rooms' descriptions on Booking. The manager Zvezdelina was very helpful and supportive. She is on top of her game, caring and service oriented, so our issues were resolved promptly. It is evident that she is the key person which is raising the bar for the rest of the team. The all-inclusive food is good and we had enough options to choose from. Overall very good value, yet for us it was the hotel manager who made the big difference. Thank you Zvezdelina.
