It was very clean, it looked better than the pictures. It has a very large backyard for the kids to play. The pool wasn't very big, but it was heated so the kids had a lot of fun. It had everything you need. The house is situated in a very quiet village, close to Veliko Tarnovo .

Staff were exceptionally helpful. They let us check our luggage when we arrived early, and provided good directions for us to start investigating the town. They helped call cabs when we needed them (e.g., to get to Arbanassi).. Breakfast was plentiful. The owner even packed some breakfast snacks for us to take with us. The location is near the Mother of Bulgaria statue in Veliko Tarnovo, so attractions in the old town are within walking distance (craft street, fortress, museums).
