The chalets were clean, spacious and new. The restaurant is located down on the river on an open houseboat type setup. The views are stunning. The staff Phenyo, IK and KG made amazing efforts to ensure we had a great stay and are super people.

The owner was very attentive and welcoming. She even offered us her car to go run an errand. Excellent communication through booking.com. The guest house had everything we needed. Modern room, comfy, good wifi, good ac. Delicious copious breakfast with many options. It was also possible to use the kitchen if you want to do some light cooking. We recommend.

The apartment is very comfortable, with wide and good beds and all what you can need, for instance a personal fridge. The place is wide and cozy and you can have delicious breakfast and dinner cooked by the owners, you can also cook with your own kitchenette. But the most remarkable for me was the kindness of the hosts, we had very interesting conversations and felt like at home. On top of that they can help you to arrange wonderful game drive activities and others. Without any doubt I would recommend the stay in POVI holiday home.

We had an amazing time at Top Stay - staff were super friendly- the owner Richard helped us with absolutely everything he could- as we were off road driving across Botswana. The room was super neat and clean, great sized balcony. Kitchen all equipped for cooking- that helped us a lot! Thank you all for the great experience!!!

Outstanding breakfast buffet, and staff very helpful in arranging take-away breakfasts and lunches formal day excursions. Buffet dinners at Sududu Grill were good, but not outstanding. Absolutely loved this property and the staff. We were treated like long-lost friends the minute we arrived and were always greeted with a beautiful smile and our names when we came to the restaurant. The food was amazing and we didn't feel the need to venture off the property to eat. Such a wonderful introduction to Botswana and we definitely will be back.

Did the Job for us. Location is on the plateau from Kasane very close to the main avenue. Richard organized the tours for us, Vic fall and Chobe river cruise. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend if you intend to move around during your stay. There is a secure car park to leave your car if away for the day.

Good hotel located on the outskirts of Kasane. Private gated parking spots available. Lovely patio with grill. The rooms are large and have a private balcony. Fridge available in the room and also in the shared kitchen downstairs. Excellent breakfast.

We were four people, and expected from the reviews that the unit might feel a bit cramped and sleeping on the couch would not be the most comfortable. With these expectaions, we were very happy with what we got. The patio easily works as an additional room, so we never felt the lack of space. Apart from the very hard pillows, we also did not find the sleeper-couch that uncomfortable. We liked the central, yet very quiet location, the safe parking spaces provided, and the small pool. For four people the price was very fair.

Great hostel with amazing staff. Staff is very helpful with any question that you may have. Tours are organised from the hostel for a decent price. The pool and the backyard are super chill to meet new people. Ac and wifi were working fine. Car parking space available. The restaurant for guests is open too.

Fabulous two-bedroom apartment. Spacious, clean and very comfortable. Well-equipped for self-catering. Secure parking right outside. Reasonably priced laundry service and good breakfast provided. We were very impressed with this lodge and would look to visit again in future.
