The location was superb... right on the banks of a tidal river where we could watch the bald eagles and cormorants and herons fishing. It was idyllic and so quiet. The breakfast made by Daphne was also great, served with the other guests for a bit of banter and discussion on what to see. She was a really excellent host and the place felt like a home from home...

Beautiful older property. We loved the heated floor in the bathroom! We had a menu to select what to have for breakfast. Breakfast was so delicious, as was that coffee!

Location, location, location! It was beautiful. Access to the shore was fantastic. We travelled off season and it was great that the nearby restaurant was closed and there were no crowds.

From my room I had a beautiful view of the Bay. Wendy keeps the place immaculate and when we arrived extremely late she had the rooms ready for us with the lights on in the rooms. She had fruit and a home made muffin plus water in the refrigerator at no extra charge. This was probably the nicest stay I had anywhere.
