Victor is an incredible host. He goes above and beyond in making your stay comfortable, safe, and enjoyable. He picked me up and dropped me off at the airport. This is a clean, well-managed 2-star hotel in a safe neighborhood. The owner (Mr.Levy) will go out of his way to ensure that you have the information and support for a successful visit to Bangui. The staff is helpful and honest. The restaurant serves good food and the beer is cold. There's a functional ATM half a block away. The A/C worked.
