A good place for those who want to stay in Axalp and its immediate surroundings, but problematic for those interested in seeing, let's say, more attractions in the Interlaken area. You have to drive down a narrow, winding road every day and pray not to meet large vehicles or, God forbid, a bus. It took us 20 minutes to get from the main road to appartament. The apartment is well equipped.Stunning view, but there is almost nothing less than this in Switzerland

Everything about our stay was amazing. The accommodation had everything we needed, with a comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen (including coffee machine), great shower and a cozy lounge. But the location was amazing, up in the hills away from everything in the fresh air. I loved seeing all the animals and sitting outside and just enjoying the peace and sounds of nature. We caught the bus and walked up the road (requires a bit of fitness) which was fine because the Swiss transport system is fabulous. Isabelle was a fantastic host, friendly and available if we had any questions. We would love to stay again.

Our stay at this apartment was nothing short of exceptional. Everything exceeded our expectations — from the warm and professional service, to the top-cozy facility and marvelous location.     I've known Herr Rubi, the owner and manager of Chemihüttli, since 2004. He has always been impeccable as a host and I often use him as an example of how a hotel should be run. Not only the apartments are in perfect working order and clean, but the way Herr Rubi and his team look after you will make you feel at home from day one. Parking is available on site (our car was parked five steps from the flat's door!) and, when the weather allows it, you can ski on and out.

    Beautiful location, very clean and the beds were so comfortable. Parking was right outside our doorstep, which makes it very convenient bringing our baggage in.. It was a pleasant stay.

    Everything was good, clean, very nice and helpful staff. Good location and scenery. Car parking available right at the door . Apartment rooms are good sized too. There is a swimming pool too.
