Rooms and all areas were very clean. Everything looked new. Very cute courtyard and outdoor eating area. Staff were all very friendly and nice.

Brilliant apartment in this lovely hotel in a fantastic location. The staff were really friendly and helpful, but also inobstrusive. The size of the apartment was fantastic - two good sized bedrooms, a decent bathroom and a bit open-plan living area. And having this self-catering accommodation with the servicing of a hotel was fabulous. Kitchen pretty well equipped and we cooked full meals with ease here.

We were made very welcome at this beautiful hotel. Our room had a fantastic view over Lake Geneva and to the mountains. The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast room also had this fantastic view and the food was outstanding. We dined in the restaurant both nights and the food was first class. We were given a Pass that gave us discounts and free transport. Our host made us feel very much "at home".

Very comfortable and top class property

The location was exceptional on Lake Geneva. The view from our balcony took in the lake, the Alps and Montreux in the distance. We loved that we could walk around the perimeter of Lake Geneva along beautifully tended pathways. The hotel had a lovely old character.Although providing everything we needed, and was immaculately clean. Our morning breakfast lady served us well with a delicious English and continental breakfast which we looked forward to. The restaurant food was lovely with excellent wines on offer.

Right on the promenade, bus stop is right in front. Excellent staff team from Reception, Concierge (Vincent, excellent! giving instructions to places, suggestions, very warm & always Happy) to Express breakfast. Room amenities were great too!

The hotel is in a perfect location, with free parking and a bus stop right next to it. With the Montreux Riviera Card provided by the hotel, you can take the bus to the city center for free, which is super convenient. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, gave us great tips about what to see and where to eat. Our room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and very pleasant. Great value for money - we truly enjoyed our stay

Location Rooms Service They are outstanding

The room and facilities were much better than what we expected. We chose the room with a balcony, it was spacious enough and the bed was super comfy. While the room didn't count with its own kitchen, only a kitchenet with a microwave and a kettle, the building provided a shared kitchen which was very well equipped. Likewise, a laundry room was available to be used on a separate space. Furthermore, the location of this place was great! Right next to train stations and a few minutes walk from the port area, it was wonderful for commuting and enjoying a stroll.

View is majestic, room is awesome, food (breakfast, snack for lunch, dinner) is fabulous

This is nothing less than where you want to be if you want to get closer to those UNESCO World Heritage vineyards. The house is old, renovated with charm and exactly what you would hope for and where you would hope to be. A charming terrace under the shared vines to sip some of their premier Chasselas. Breakfast was superb. In the evening we took a winding path through the vineyards to St. Saphorin to dine on -what else? - filets de perche. The place is truely a jewel nestled amojgst the vineyards with that million dollar view of lake and French alps.

The views were unbelievable. Everything about the house was very convenient and well appointed.

Location was serene. Overlooking Lake Geneva and the vineyards. Heavenly!
