The room had a great view, and we used the swimming pool which was wonderful. We ate dinner at the hotel, i highly recommend it, the food is great. Breakfast was also a full buffet with lots of different options available.

Top quality hostel. Rooms were super clean, staff is very friendly (kudos to the receptionist, he’s a great guy), breakfast is amazing and the overall quality is very good!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The views from the balcony are magnificent! Its pretty close to everything. The staff is extremely helpful and polite. The breakfast was delicious!

The location was incredible, only a 5 minute walk to the gondolas and 4 minutes to the city center so everything you need is very close.

Lovely balcony with outside blankets & wool wraps; stocked kitchen with convenient appliances. We booked this property last minute after multiple flight cancelations left us needing another lodging accommodation quickly. The host was very helpful and allowed an early check in, which we took advantage of by reading on the balcony in the sunshine.

Extremely friendly staff and welcoming arrival. Room was superb with magnificent views over the mountains. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice . Great location as very close to the centre of Crans-Montana.

The inky comment I have is that the coffee wasn’t that great after the first day of my stay.

All people at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. It felt like they were your long time friends. The location is few minutes walk from the cable car - just perfect! Amazing choice of restaurants and super delicious breakfast! New, clean and charming The atmosphere of the hotel was exceptional and I will definitely come back

Amazing place, exceptional location, facilities and apartment that is better than a presidential suite at a 5 stars hotel. Cleaning was amazing with everything around the residence absolutely spotless.

Very homely atmosphere. Very welcoming stuff. The option of a private spa is great. The game room is a big plus.

Breakfast was very good. The shower area was very clean and well maintained. Would suggest to put pathway stones to the hut and to the shower area.

Hotel portion, rooms, and bathroom were nicely updated. Small refrigerator for storing food. Location is in the center of Lens.
