Excellent location. Very nice and helpful host, respectful to the traveler's privacy. Exquisitely furnished room that was shiny new and clean. Exceptionally quiet place. Continental breakfast from Swiss products was wonderful. I would happily come again and I would recommend this place to anyone who wishes to explore Basel and the area, do some nice hiking, or go to the concert at Z7 concert hall.

It’s big and has privacy. It is also close to the station ~4 minutes walk. Lots of flowers as well.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home.

The staff there are super helpful. Breakfast was good with a wide selection of food. The kids shared room was very helpful.

Location was excellent near the Rhein River.

The only minor issue we encountered was that the smart door entry system was not working with the access code provided when we arrived. Fortunately, after a quick phone call to the owner, a helpful lady assisted us, and the issue was resolved within a few minutes. We were impressed by the prompt and friendly support.

The food was amazing, the breakfast everyday was Bert good! The restaurant is SO good! Great cute place. Great amenities and friendly service!

Th staff corresponded with me throughout the reservation and even to see if I had arrived. The room was spacious and faced the back garden and restaurant. It was quiet and peaceful. Wonderful light from large windows and a curious curated selection of art and objects as part of a Curatorial series. Mine was the Literarium" curated by Sandra Lowe. Pretty cool idea. Elevator made it easy with luggage. Directly across the street from the station (train/tram) but it quiet because Swiss engineering. In-House restaurant is great - ate in the Garden. Kind waitstaff. Its a chill vibe.

The grounds were beautiful and the food excellent. Lukas at the front desk was terrific.

The hotel, area, everything was amazing. Also, being located in a forest, the air was fresh and it was very peaceful! People at the hotel were very welcoming!

Boutique hotel with good restaurant and high quality rooms and very gracious staff. It served my needs to stay in a German hotel close to the French and Swiss border.
