The room itself had thoughtful touches that added to the experience, including a record player, which made for a nostalgic and relaxing evening. The design blends modern surfaces with an inviting atmosphere, making it feel like a home away from home. The restaurant was another highlight. With a chef whose creations are truly Michelin-quality, every meal was a masterpiece. Even when I woke up late and had missed the designated breakfast hours, the staff graciously prepared a meal for me, a gesture that speaks volumes about their hospitality. The location is in a charming, modern Swiss village, offering the best of both worlds—scenic beauty and contemporary convenience. We loved everything about the property, and especially the hosts. The location is amazing, wonderful views of the Alps. Very quiet. Immaculately clean. The showers are wonderful. The hosts just lovely people, so warm and helpful. The breakfast was healthy, local produce, delicious. Superb dining available here and nearby. Did I mention that the hosts are friendly, cheerful, interesting, charming people ? And the small village of Lohn is fascinating, authentic Switzerland that a person should be so lucky to experience.

    This was an outstanding stay. The rooms are very modern-comfy in an Alpine style that we rarely find in Switzerland, certainly not at this price level. It's a gem, small, privately run. The breakfast from their own bakery is fantastic. It's quiet at night and the train station is around the corner, and easy parking is available next door as well. We also had dinner one of the evenings - it was fantastic. We're almost searching for an excuse to go back.

    We had a very modern and beautiful room for a very good price! The staff were very friendly and very helpful. We loved the fact that downstairs was a bakery / restaurant for us to eat in or to take away food / coffee. Supermarkets, pharmacies and the train station all in 1-5 minutes walking distances. Parking near the Hotel for only 5.- at Coop.

    We stopped overnight here on our way to Zurich. The room was comfortable and clean and the location above a bakery suited me well ;). Parking is 5CHF in the Coop parking next door - ask for a ticket at the hotel to get this reduced rate.
