Great location, very good breakfast, especially the famous Guilin rice noodle. But I particularly love the artistic decorations throughout hotel and room with traditional Chinese painting and calligraphy and wooden furniture, some of them are real antics. Only regret is I that we stayed there only one night as a transit point to Yangshuo ferry.

It was a perfectly organized stay. We messaged the property via booking.com to get a transfer from train station and tours to Longji rice terraces and Li Cruise organized. Everything was duly noted and executed. We were picked up by the driver at the train station (it was a free pick-up included in the price because we stayed for 3 nights). Next day the driver took us to the docks and handed tickets for the Li Cruise. The other day English-speaking driver Peter picked us up and we drove to the Longji rice terraces. Before going to the terraces we cooked a bamboo rice and visited minority village. Also we had one more free day when we arrived, and the receptionist showed us the points of interest to visit in Guilin (lake with Pagoda twin towers, elephant trunk park, etc.). The staff does not speak any English but we were able to communicate fluently via WeChat (there is a built-in translator there), Google translate and other translator apps. So in general we had no communication issues.

This is a very modern and contemporary boutique hotel in a historic village located in the outskirts of Guilin. The staff, amenities, facility, decor, and food were all impeccable! Everyone was super friendly and went above and beyond to make our trip extra enjoyable and memorable. We can’t wait to return to Guilin again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience Guilin without the hustle and bustle of the city life. It’s affordable and easily accessible by taxi to any parts of the city. Also a short walkable distance to the reed flute cave, which is a must visit in Guilin as well.

The location was near enough to the city but far enough to be calm and quiet. We were able to walk and cycle around the countryside. The staff members were very sweet and helpful. They organized day excursions for us and made sure we had everything we needed. The room we as comfortable and the bathtub a plus. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel's located near the bus station, so it is very easy to get to famous tourist destinations. Moutain view room is very beautiful, surrounding scenery also beautiful. Hotel staff can speak English pretty well.♥️♥️

The host was incredibly friendly, professional, and generous. He offered free watermelon every evening, provided complimentary e-bikes, free laundry service, and a delicious free breakfast. Fantastic customer service and the staff could not have been more helpful. We were given a full explanation of the local ‘must see’ areas, and we opted for a two day tour package which we feel was fantastic value. This was private with a personal driver who spoke brilliant English. The driver, Robert, was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us a lot of information about each place we visited. We had the option to customise the tour to suit our own taste. We had a wonderful experience of Guilin and Yangshuo. Aside from the great tour, every staff member was very accommodating and helped us with tasks such as laundry and food delivery. They even recommended some fantastic local restaurants, a roof top bar and a coffee shop. We cannot complain about anything. Thank you for a spectacular stay!!!
