The room we booked was a good size and very comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly, and special thanks to Rebecca, who went above and beyond to help us. She not only compiled a list of local attractions but also assisted us in installing the local apps we needed to get around in China, which made our stay much easier. The train station taxi tried to charge us 820 instead of 82 and with the help of the hotel staff we got out of that scam.
