The staff at the hotel was very kind, friendly and helpful, and not just for hotel matters. They were happy to help me find my way around. The room was properly clean and comfortable. Frank the manager was really awesome. He was attentive to guests’ needs. He helped me shipped my souvenirs to my hotel in Guangzhou and he even gave us Panda plushies!! Breakfast is enough, not fancy but enough to start the day. There are shops around and Sichuan Opera was just walking distance!! Thank you Frank!! I’ll be back!!

Everything, the staffs were very friendly. We booked an early tour and asked about breakfast and they readily said they will packed for us to take away. Hotel was near metro, just take airportbus until chunxi road and change to metro line 2.

The location was excellent. The various amenities also felt modern. I found the laundry convenient, as did a number of other guests who I met while waiting for a load to complete. The atmosphere was friendly and helpful when I encountered any difficulties understanding the instructions.
