Million dollar view on the property! Close to Xianggong Mountain that we went for the sunrise and the panoramic view of the Li River (you pay for the ride). The owner is very knowledgeable about her profession (geologist) and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They provide free pickup and drop off at the ferry (ferry is 5 RMB each way) and at the railway station as well. If you want to take a break after a busy trip and enjoy the comfort in a very nice surroundings, this is the place! The property itself is a little museum.

The junior suite is amazing, spacious and comfortable. The hosts are very helpful, friendly and nice. They made special vegetarian breakfast for us as well (Guilin rice noodles with egg) and dropped us to the Yangshuo station instead of us taking a Didi. The view from the junior suite is beautiful, and the music the hosts played on our day of arrival lent a beautiful mystical ambience to the courtyard area. 10 mins away by car to the Old/Ancient Town markets/restaurant area.

Quiet and tucked away in one of the mountains. Unforgettable views from the outdoor area. Dog at the guesthouse (小菊) is adorable and super friendly. Delicious home cooked meals. Heated pads on the bed for the winter. Owner was helpful and communicative in navigating transportation.

Staying at this Yangshuo hotel was a dream! Housed in a beautifully renovated traditional building, it exudes old-world charm with its classic architecture and quaint details. Yet, the interiors are fully modernized, blending historical aesthetics with contemporary comfort seamlessly. The swimming pool was a definite highlight—after a long day exploring, taking a refreshing dip was pure bliss, especially during the summer heat.
