The Fort is beautifully designed with such thought. It’s integrated into the natural surroundings and also has lovely little comforts for a traveller to enjoy - personal fans, mosquito nets, double or single beds in the dorms, THE BEST kitchen out of any hostel potentially ever and a little store in reception where you can buy dry goods and even fresh veggies. It’s the perfect space to relax and zen out - maybe treating yourself to a couple of brilliant cocktails too. If you do feel inclined to do some adventures, it’s really easy to do day trips to surrounding spots from the hostel using the coastal bus service. Bonus points for the effort made to set up a screen to watch the Rugby World Cup final on our last day - thanks team! We loved it here and hope to return one day soon!

My stay was truly an adventure and absolutely worth every moment! The room matched the photos perfectly - minimalist, stylish, and cozy. The surroundings were simply breathtaking. Here, you could fully immerse yourself in nature and unwind completely. It was evident that Pollo had poured his heart and soul into this project, and it showed in every detail. Loved the chocolate tasting too! ... and yes, it's situated up the hill in the jungle, so a certain level of fitness is required, but the view from up there makes it all worthwhile.

Set apart on 120 ha, with hiking trails into the mountains, a spectacular overlook pirched atop s hillside with spaces to rest, a natural pool by a small creek, and access to a beautiful private beach, La Jorara offers a serene, lush, green and comfortable environment to just relax and unwind. It's accommodations are great and more attractive than the pictures show.

Hands down the best hostel I have ever stayed in my life. The river , the tubbing, the dj sets and the parties are wiiiilldd!!!! The food is amazing too. Special thanks to angel at the reception. Stayed here to go to the Rio hostel party and also have some private space and a nice shower after Tayrona. For both these things it was perfect - ideal location and the room was very nice and extremely clean. Breakfast was also yummy. The best part though was the staff who were absolute sweethearts. They really go above and beyond for the guests. Absolutely recommend.
