One thing that's challenging to find in Colombia is a quiet place to stay and at Azulejo, it was super quiet. It might be a little bit inconvenient that it isn't located a little closer to town, but I'll take the longer walk (approx 20 mins to the plaza principal) in exchange for the peace and quiet any day. The people who ran things were super nice. The breakfast was great and served at the exact time requested and for all these reasons and more, I ended up staying several extra days there . Lots of hot water for the shower and it was a bonus that they had a full kitchen plus washer/dryer to use for guests. Photos don’t do it justice, the room is beautiful and massive. Everything is so new. Loved using the kitchen, and TV has Netflix. 20 min walk to town or take a taxi for around 5mil.

We loved the tastefully decorated bedrooms and common areas where there was a lot of attention on small details, which took it to another level. The staff were all super helpful and friendly. The hotel is situated right on the Cauca river in a quiet part of Cauca Viejo, yet only a short walk to the Square. Perfect location! We also met and talked to the owner Don Juan Carlos. He was very pleasant with us and you could see he has all the vision (together with his wife) in creating Hotel Jacaranda as it is now. Congratulations to the owners and the whole team! We will be back for another visit in the near future.

The room was awesome. The view and the lighting were great, and the jacuzzi was the best feature of the room! We really enjoyed staying there! Nice view from the restaurant too! Perfect place to rest and find a peaceful and calm time for your vacation.

A sweet little paradise! The people here are all so wonderful, friendly, and helpful. It’s a beautiful garden with cute little houses, lots of colorful birds flying around, and an amazing view. I wish I could have stayed longer!
