We stayed at Uruka for our 1st night in Costa Rica. We wanted to be west of the airport as we were headed to the pacific coast the next day. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t land until after 11pm. I informed Sergio manager and gave him our flight number. He was assuring that no matter how late there would be no problem. We didn’t arrive until midnight. Sergio had chilled bottled water for us. In the morning they gave us a delicious breakfast of rice & beans eggs and toast. We are a family of seven. I asked Sergio if he could arrange a transport for us to Quepos, or if he knew of a better more economical way for us to get there. Sergio came back to me a few minutes later with a transport option and then sat with us and called the bus terminal for their schedule. He told us there was a bus leaving San Jose in five minutes. Sergio called the terminal and arranged for the bus to stop on the highway for us up the road from Uruka. He then drove the seven of us with our luggage to meet the bus and stayed with us until we got on the bus! Uruka is a family run b&b who treat their guests as their own. I can’t thank them enough for the kindness and treatment we received. Thank you Sergio and family!

The hotel was perfect for what we needed. Three of us arriving late at night to safe and secure place with comfortable clean beds and a lovely breakfast in the morning.

The kitchen was well stocked with things needed to cook. I cook all my meals, so that was important to me. They allowed my well behaved dog! There were extra towels, pillows, blankets, soap and toilet paper. Probably the best stocked rental I have ever stayed at. The internet was very good too. Had an extra room to hang out in with TV, Washing machine and furniture to relax. Very big back yard, fully fenced and gated.

Ms. Nadette’s Accommodations was a perfect place to land after a long day of travel. She helped direct the taxi driver to her home and greeted us when we arrived. She woke up early to provide us a beautiful breakfast and really helped us start our time and Costa Rica beautifully. Lola the sweetest dog was an added bonus that made us feel right at home. Would certainly recommend.
