Location is excellent. 5 minutes walk from the private beach on a gated compound. Twenty steps from the swimming pool. Several restaurants, tennis courts, gym and even a golf course on the premises.

Emerald 1 is so spacious inside and out and is well equipped in the kitchen, fans and AC for cooling, washing machine and dishwasher, multiple plug ins for 110 volt electricity. The large patio has a variety of seating , clothes dryer and line, awesome ocean view, outdoor tap for foot-washing, privacy, an awning for sun and heat control, and regular mosquito control. Beach Access is a very short walk away and pool access is around the corner. It is a very nice pool area for a refreshing dip and lounging and a shower when coming from the beach. There are a number of pool/ beach toys and equipment in the laundry room. Centrum Grocery store is on the way in to Blue Bay for all your supplies. Owner Heidi is very helpful and great to deal with, payment on arrival. It is best to have Whats App for easy communications with her and set up a Wise payment account in order to access different payment options (for Canadians especially if you want to pay by CC or USD from your bank). The beach itself is lovely sand and easy entry, lots of seating, trees, palappas, restaurants and bar, dive shop. This was our second time in Emerald one and we spent most of our 2 weeks right on site.

Having lived many years on Curaçao we know the island well. The location is great as it's close to Willemstad and Westpunt. We swam every morning at Kokomo Beach.

The gated community, excellent location of the house vs the beach as well as the pool is amazing. Parking is easy and the Blue Bay park feels secure. House is well maintained and has all comforts of home with an amazing porch to relax, lounge and have breakfast & dinner. We loved it an will come back.

Catalina with the property met us in person checking in and out, and was readily available to answer any questions all week.

Our stay was great! Apartment was very nicely Furnished, convenient and have everything you need.plenty of dishes, good quality of pots and pans. Location was great, walking distance to the beach.And the host Catalina was exceptional . Very pleasant and helpful! She helped us with everything! Made reservation for restaurant, gave us any advice and any time. Always smile and friendly! She actually made our vacation! Will go back!

The unit 20 is very well maintained. It has a big terrace to enjoy with the family. Everything was in good condition and clean! The beach is a short walking distance through the complex.
