Wonderful location, central to everything.

Great place to start your north czech visit, Amazing staff Can't say enough good things

Clean Nice pool Very nice team Perfect location

Standard 3-star hotel breakfast, but we really appreciated the extended breakfast time (till 9:30 weekdays/10:00 AM on weekends). Great hotel lounge room - kids really liked it. Adults as well, as there was a fridge with great Svijany beers (including 0%) and lemonades. Perfect location for a quiet weekend with family or friends. The only attractions accessible without a car are Svijany brewery (best lager beer in Czech, IMO), a beer restaurant and a beer shop. Beer shop is worth mentioning separately, as it sells not just the beers from the brewery at bargain prices, but also all kinds of useful merch - including all kinds of Svijany-branded sports and casual under/outer wear of a decent quality.

It was huge!, clean and well equiped for the price. The location at a farming area was very relaxing with nice views from the rear deck.

We loved this penzion! It's in a beautiful location, surrounded by woods, rolling hills and pastures. The property itself is large and beautifully laid out with a play area, table tennis, a basketball hoop, a badminton court and a small football field. Next to reception is a little room with a refrigerator full of beer, a washing machine, and a small oven. The hosts -- Natalya and Pavel -- were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautifully crafted with high-quality woods and tile. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped and the beds were comfortable. There is no AC and it was very warm when we arrived, but the rooms have excellent ventilation and good shades so we were always comfortable. We loved the area and took some beautiful hikes, kayaked on the river, and enjoyed exploring the Medieval castles and drinking the local beer. We will be back!

Super location, very nice staff. Charmingly old-fashioned furniture. Very spacious rooms.

We loved our stay in this apartment! The kitchen is well outfitted so we made some nice meals to enjoy on the upper balcony. The beds were very comfortable and it was quiet. I highly recommended this cozy and cool place! There is also a caravan park nearby with a small bar/restaurant and the apartment is close to many hiking trails.

The apartment was spacious and lovely and having kitchen for us to prepare the meals during our stay . the landlady was very nice and kindly offering us traditional dumplings and cakes which were delicious!! The distance to the bus stop and train station were easy walks. This was our first stay in Czech and it’s was homely and comfortable which we enjoyed it very much!

Very nice apartment, clean. Fully Equipped with all required for great stay

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay! We had a wonderful family vacation at this beautiful house in the Czech countryside. The property is brand new, spacious, and exceptionally well maintained. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a lovely swimming pool, a great BBQ area, and a huge yard where both adults and children can relax and enjoy themselves. The house is spread over two floors and offers plenty of space for families. The peaceful rural location made our stay even more enjoyable. What made the experience truly special were the owners. They are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel at home from the very beginning. We highly recommend this property and would be happy to come back in the future! Thank you for a fantastic stay! 😊

Monika was an incredible host who made sure we felt comfortable. The apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated. The amenities were also excellent!
