The staff is while being very friendly is also very professional. Dinners were a bit expensive but fabulous. I mean I hesitated to eat at the hotel in the evening because of the price, but I was so happy to stay there the very second I started to eat. The kid's corner made both my children to play while I was savouring the meal and they even wanted to stay there. All I can expect with a breakfast. A big and charming family room.

Perfect location for a ski week with friends and kids, just a few kilometers from Jested. Friendly hosts, clean and quiet environment. Definitely, apartment winkler is one of those exceptional cases where the reality is times better than pictures on booking.com. Superb value for money.

Though not located in the city center, the hotel was close to Jested mountain (ski area) with a nice playground. The hotel was in incredibly beautiful nature setting. The hotel itself was new, modern and clean. We had a car but I discovered a tram nearby that would take you to the Liberec city center, ZOO and Aqua Park. Nicely staffed with polite and helpful staff. English was perfectly spoken. Like most European hotels the rooms FFfit only two people but our SUITE had a child’s nook. Well, our 16 year old grandson had to curl up to fit and we had to purchase additional room for my daughter with her little one. There was lovely large outdoor space including a children’s playhouse but the most important and wonderful part of our stay way was the children’s room fully equipped with toys, puzzles and books. Potty and child’s stepping stool to reach sinks. Did I mention a great breakfast?

Beautiful place located literally right on a trail leading to the Jested tower. Great views of the city and friendly hosts. We enjoyed our time there very much!

    Wow, wow, wow, wow....wow Absolutely ama,ing from the moment we entered the car park. Everything was perfectly beautiful, really like heaven on Earth. Tranquil, peaceful, quite, clean, modern, comfortable. Amazing breakfast.
