Hosts were extremally nice and accommodating. We arrived on motorbikes in the middle of the night due to unforeseen delays on the road, and we unfortunately woke them up, but they welcomed us very warmly regardless. I loved the room, a lot of space, the house is beautiful, dining area as well. Really good breakfast, we also got something for the road, which was greatly appreciated. Will definitely go back anytime I am visiting Czech again! Highly Highly recommend!

I stayed at this hotel for a four night biking trip in the surrounding area. The hotel has a secure room on the ground floor where we were able to store our bicycles. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet included with the room each morning was comprehensive. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is directly on the river, and there are many bike trails around the area. This trip was purely for breakfast, bicycle recreation, and a few evening beers, and through that lens, this hotel is fantastic. This hotel is directly on the Vltavá river, and there are canoe and raft rentals adjacent to the hotel but we did not do that. I am not including the hotel restaurant for optional lunch and dinner in my review of the underlying hotel stay. Outside of the free breakfast buffet, which was fantastic, the restaurant also offers a basic Czech lunch and dinner menu. It was mildly pricey, but not unreasonable relative to anything else in this small town. The restaurant staff was fantastic, which can make any meal better. My wife and I drove about 20 minutes north into Český Krumlov for Asian food one night for a change of menu, but still returned to the hotel brewery for a couple of evening beers. The brewery has range of beers that are very good. I typically do not drink Czech pilsners or lagers, enjoyed the Bilá Paní, and Pale Ale in particular. This brewery has enough styles of beers that you will find something that you like if you drink beer. This was particularly enjoyable after a couple of hours of bike riding in different directions each day.

We didn't expect a kitchen that was at our disposal. It felt modern and medieval at the same time. At the time we arrived it was -5 degrees outside, but inside it was warm. Dog friendly as well :)

The owner is the nicest person ever. She truly cares about her guests. The room is quite basic, but it had everything I needed and the wifi was fast too. And Rozmberk itself is very pretty as well.

Warm service from the staff. Enjoyed and appreciated the New Year's Eve program that was prepared in the restaurant for the guests. Very friendly and tolerant with (hyperenergetic) kids. Also tolerant with our one-hour late check out.

    After top experiences one rather disastrous one-at first hassles with parking,being went 100ms away to another parking lot,carrying all luggage from there,after receiving the most noisy room at entrance and falling over the unmarked doorstep and in the restaurant at 20:30 not possible anymore to get a warm soup....lost appetite for further visits for some time.

    The location is super easy to find, the reception works at night, so late check in possible. The room was super clean and the view at the river was great as well. The car can be parked for free next to the inn if there are spots available or at the paid city parking.
