Perfect holiday, room has mountain view, snow was super, mulked wine near fire was excellent. Room was very good tempereture,indoor pool was amazing. Breakfast were very delicious. We tried open buffet dinner and alacarte dinner. Both of them were very delicious. Hotel is very near to train station and bus stop but there is not any noise. We went to ski lift with train. You can rent ski equepment from hotel. We found trainer for ski from hotels. Hotel gace free ticket for train or bus. At the and they gaved us naturel mountain salt as a gift.

I liked everything: from the view in the window to the beautiful lake till the pillow menu that broke my heart. It was amazing! The room is very cleaned. Breakfast is good enough for different choice. Location is fantastic. Design of hotel is very modern and each detail is so well overthought. Will come back again during the summer time!

Top location to visit Eibsee and Zugspitze, we could leave the car there after check out and take a bus to Eibsee. The bus stop is just around the corner and the hotel provided us with free bus tickets for the first day and the day of check out. The view from the hotel is also spectacular, for the price in the area you can't ask for more.

Spacey room , location and personnel. One man show(Receptionist and Host during breakfast ) is deserving pay raise. All Kudos goes to him !!!

What a beautiful location!! Our room is as amazing and the staff are all so nice. They were so kind to our children and our dog!

We really enjoyed our stay here, despite it was very short. But the room was clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful. Will have to come back one day ;)

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They look after the guests and are willing to help. I was very impressed by the customer service. There are two supermarkets with a walking distance, and the bus stops right in front of the hotel.

The apartment was very comfortable, extremely clean, and located in a very quiet area. It offered a beautiful natural view, including part of the Kaprun mountain. The cooking experience was smooth and convenient, as the kitchen had all the essentials. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The location is also close to grocery stores, which was very helpful. I will definitely stay here again in the future!

Such a wonderful stay! We were there for 4 nights. The view is simply amazing - we had a room with a balcony looking at the mountains. Grainau is a very lovely town (not too big, not too small!). Katharina, the host was so kind. I would definitely book this place again.

The location is pretty good. Walking one hour to Eibsee with amazing view along the way! Also very close to the town center for dinner. The house is around 100 years old. I love it a lot! The host is very friendly and talkative. We enjoyed our stay :)

All nothing In detail all was magical

We are a traveling couple and booking our places to stay on the road. This location was magical, we didn’t have the time to enjoy the pool and the spa but everything looked great and in good condition. We really enjoyed the breakfast, the room was clean and the facilities were comfortable (kettle with tea, plates and knives for a quick late dinner). The view for the garden was incredible! The staff was nice and helpful.

We had a room with spectacular view of the mountains including the Zugspitze. Wonderful breakfast each morning in the bright dining room. They also serve drinks in the evening and have an outdoor space for this and while we didn't order it the apfelstrudel looked amazing! Also, right across the street is the trail leading into the woods. You can walk it to town or connect to the extensive trail network. It's particularly fun at night as it has a "witchy" but not scary atmosphere. We would stay again without hesitation.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The staff were friendly. The house is beautiful and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is well stocked with quality cookware. Grainau is a charming town and the perfect base for skiing in Garmisch and the Zugspitz Arena.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Everything was clean, tidy, and nicely decorated. The location is great and very convenient. The host was very kind and welcoming. Jana showed us everything and explained all we needed to know. We felt very good spending our holiday here and really enjoyed the atmosphere. One of the best stays I've ever had! 🌟 I stayed in Grainau for a short trip and honestly, this hotel exceeded all my expectations! The staff were absolutely amazing — so kind, helpful, and genuinely trying to make sure I was comfortable. They went above and beyond to assist me whenever they could. The view from my room was breathtaking — straight onto the mountains, a real dream! The location is perfect, just next to a bus stop, which made getting around super easy. The room was spotless, very clean and cozy. I also loved that they provided a coffee machine, kettle, and tea in the room for free — a small detail, but made a big difference.

In one word: wow!! We were staying in the rooms above the restaurant, Lake View room. the view was incredible!! It was big, comfortable, clean and the staff was great!

Excellent hotel with everything a family needs for a vacation. Parking is in the hotel garage, and it’s easy and convenient to get to your car. The breakfast selection is very wide, and everyone can find something - I especially recommend their breakfast muesli. During our stay, there was also a wide choice of snacks and light meals for lunch. Dinner is a real experience: great food served course by course, and if you're still hungry, you can help yourself at the cheese buffet with a wide variety of cheeses from all around the world. If you're with kids, you won’t miss the playroom, where you can find soccer, pool, air hockey, and some arcade games. The room is clean, quiet and comfortable. Pillows are very comfy - I always used to have problems with them in another hotels, but those fit me great - not big not small, just right enough. Staff is exceptional - they're always smiling, happy to help and to make your visit even better. The location could be better, but it’s not bad - if you want to ski, the best way is to take the hotel shuttle bus. GaPa downtown is about a 10–15 minute walk away. Riesersee is highly recommended for a light trip with kids.
