Sophia and Tatiana was really helpful and very smiley. I felt like at home and this place breakfast was really amazing and the pillows are extraordinary.

Beautifully renovated hotel and restaurant in a charming country setting with very friendly and attentive staff. We enjoyed their generous breakfast buffet and very tasty dinners.

The location, the entire staff was exceptional.

Comfortable, has all that we needed

The apartment is absolutely gorgeous. It's modern, bright, clean and they even got a bottle of wine for us. The hosts are also very nice and friendly.

A very nice hotel with old times ambience, friendly staff and decent sauna facilities. A great detox from a busy life; beautiful views from the balcony and huge elegant rooms.

Very friendly staff at the reception desk and in the restaurant.

Fantastic location in a beautiful historic building. The apartment is gorgeous — spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with everything you might need. Communication was prompt, and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. We arrived from Italy, and this apartment beautifully extended that Mediterranean feeling — refined, relaxed, and full of charm. The added bonus of having laundry facilities was much appreciated!

This is a nice new apartment with very hard beds. It took a day to realize the mattresses were upside down and a bit padded but very thin and hard, still. I requested help with this and more blankets, since we had to give all of our blankets to the other guest with us who had to sleep on the "other bed" which NOTE is NOT A BED, its a chaise louge but with NO PADDING, very hard. With our two conforters and his, it was manageable but we had no bedding. Requested but no effort to deliver. Got locked out of the main building entrance since the lock was changed the day after we arrived but the company didn't get the new key. We called the management and they sent someone quickly to show us another way in. A bit of a time killer but it's okay. Everything there you'd need - brand new appliances - in a good location but beware the beds. New beds as well but bone thin mattresses. Hopefully they will buy extra padding or get new mattresses. The second bed should be a bed. It is placed in a tiny alcove adjacent to the kitchen. Very tight space.

The rooms are very large. The bathroom has a large shower. The kitchen is very well well supplied. We enjoyed our stay in every way. Location allows you to walk anywhere in the old town.

The property was sparkling clean, finely and tastefully appointed, with every need of guests anticipated. It is a beautiful, supremely comfortable and quiet place in the best possible location with an easy walk to all Passau attractions . Our hosts were very responsible, thoughtful, kind, and responsive. I could not recommend this place more highly.

Owner allowed early check in and late check out! Right in town, perfect location
