We had an amazing stay at Mosquito Hotel! The property was spotless and beautifully maintained, which made it feel relaxing from the moment we arrived. The restaurant was a highlight—delicious food, fresh ingredients, and great service every time. One of the best parts is the location—right on the beach, with stunning views and easy access to the water. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy both comfort and nature. The location is excellent — close enough to the beach and the center of Las Terrenas to walk or take a quick ride, but far enough to feel private and tranquil. It’s a great balance between nature and convenience. Special mention to the hosts and staff — they are kind, responsive, and genuinely care about the guests. They’re always ready to help with recommendations, transportation, or anything you might need. Overall, Las Palmas Eco Residence is a perfect place for anyone looking for relaxation, comfort, and a more authentic Dominican Republic experience. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Love the staff and the location is great!!

I loved this place! The staff is so nice and helpful and the garden is like a little oasis. The rooms are compact but beautifully decorated and functional. The breakfast was superb too. A perfect place to rest.

There is no ac but it’s not needed. The place is clean, nice location and safe. I would definitely stay here again. The staff is great !

Perfect city hotel great service great location

It has been a long time (40 yrs) since my last visit to Las Terrenas so i was a bit apprehensive when i heard that the coast had a lot of tourist development. Happily, the transformation from a desolate, nearly impossible to reach beach has been turned into fully accessible area of boutique hotels (not cheap high rises) that are still very reasonably priced. The best lodging on the entire couple mile beach strip is the Atlantis. It is a serene, beautiful property, with spectacular views and access to the most beautiful beach on the island. The rooms are very clean and staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. Also, the restaurant is the best in the area. Ten out of ten.

Great Stay & Excellent Staff

Owners and staff very friendly and helped with recommendations. The facilities are brand new and well decorated. They have a small market which is very convenient. The pool is beautiful

Great central location with a good pool to enjoy after the beach. The breakfast was great and all the staff were very attentive.

Room was big for a couple. Great breakfast. Cool hotel with nice pools. Location is perfect, walking distance to some of the best bars and restaurants.

Amazing view. Very helpful owners who even helped us plan our itinerary. The owners have done a fantastic job decorating the property and have amazing taste. Breakfast was amazing, we got French and Dominican breakfast. The owners had to migrate from Haiti because of gang violence, just wish we could support them more

Take breakfast "complete", its the best! we figured it out the last day)) There is menu which we didn't really understand. The beds were comfortable, ppl are very nice, the pool was amazing, the whole atmosphere. very good!

The location was great. Right across from the beach and a short walk up the beach to many dining options. So far Las Terranas was our favorite place in the DR

Good restaurant and location.

Very good place, apartment is very modern, having a breakfast on a balcony is great, kitchen is well equipped. Quiet location, but very close to the ocean and beach with snorkeling. Fantastic pizza place close by. Drinking water was provided during the stay. Reception is very helpful and responsive. Overall great stay.
