The house was absolutely an oasis in an incredibly peaceful setting. The sauna was incredible and we really enjoyed everything about the relaxing surroundings!! There are stores a short drive. I would pick up necessities you need before arrival so that you can get to relaxing!! Our host was so helpful in recommending hikes/walks in nature, a place to get a massage and generally super responsive! Meenikunno and Taevaskova were absolutely stunning walks. We took a short drive to Setomaa area and ate dinner at the Museum and Farm restaurant after our tour. Definitely don’t miss out on that delicious food!

It is a real castle with fireplaces, underground path, sauna, large plot of land and a lake. You can feel the magic in the air. The team is very friendly and caring, they offered us very personal treatment and we felt truly welcomed there. The restaurant offers great breakfast and dinner and has a good selection of wines and other drinks. It is close to all Otepä attractions. They speak several languages (at least Estonian, English and Russian). Highly recommended for any occasion !

Perfect stay to listen to the silence and clean up your thoughts

We stayed at Väike-Pärna Holiday Home and it truly felt like a dream summer house! Surrounded by real forest, the location is peaceful, private, and perfect for anyone who wants to escape daily stress. There is no internet, which makes it even better for relaxing, reconnecting with nature, and enjoying quality time with family or friends. The house is cozy, clean, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. You wake up to the sound of birds, breathe fresh air, and feel completely recharged. If you’re searching for a genuine nature retreat with beautiful surroundings, I highly recommend this place!

cosiest and wonderful place in winter time!

Everything was perfect. Even in winter view was beatiful. Sauna was perfect.

Amazing experience. Me and my wife were the only guests at the time, and since there is no 24 hours desk, meaning employees go home for the night, we had a whole villa in beautiful nature next to the lake for ourselves :) We were very pleasantly surprised by the breakfast. Villa has a restaurant on their property, and the chef came over during the morning only to make our breakfast, which tasted amazing, looked like a fancy restaurant dish youd order for 20+ euro, and the size was so big that we left most of it untouched sadly. At our second day we encountered a very friendly lady working in the yard, and after talking for a bit we found out that she is the owner. She was very welcoming and gave off a very positive vibe :)
