The property was AMAZING! I am so glad we found this place, it was the perfect place to come to after a busy couple of days in Cairo ☺️ We loved everything. The food was delicious, the whole place was super clean, and the staff were so kind and helpful. Our room was also upgraded which was a real treat! The bed was comfy and the room was very spacious. Our veranda was overlooking the Nile River so we got to see an amazing sunset. There are also shops on site which were perfect as we did not have time to go into town to do any shopping. I bought perfumed and oils and the lovely shopkeeper was so helpful. If we are ever able to come back to Aswan we will definitely stay here again. A big thanks to Christine for making our stay memorable 😊

This place is amazing! It’s located in a quiet area, but very easy to reach, just few minutes to the public boat station and you are in the city center. The room is very clean and nicely decorated in an east style. Hot water, super good WiFi which is rare in Egypt, green area around. I had a very good sleep there after noisy Giza and Cairo. I liked it all, but the best is the owner, he is extremely nice, helpful and takes care of guests, I felt like home there, he was always there for me, though I needed a boat at 3 am, he organized it for me and want with me. I’m very grateful for that. Also I had a birthday and I was given a big beautiful cake from the hotel, such a warm atmosphere I’ve never met before. To tears. Thanks a lot and I highly recommend this hotel, the best!

Staying at Airkela on Elephantine Island was truly one of the best experiences I've had while traveling through many countries. The staff was absolutely outstanding — always ready to help with anything we needed. They organized a fantastic tour for us and even arranged late-night transportation, which made everything so much easier. They kindly prepared a small snack for us, and when we had an issue with the key, they helped us immediately and didn't charge anything for the trouble. Rama, the lovely woman who took care of us, went above and beyond — she even made sure to be there at 4:30 AM when we were leaving, just to see us off. Her kindness and dedication were truly touching. Everything was 10/10. If you're looking for a place to stay on Elephantine Island, this is the one. You won’t regret it!

Artika Wadi Kiki is one of the best and most authentic hotels I've ever been to! I would definitely recommend it to everyone coming to Aswan. The staff is nice and polite, the dinner we had was great, but above all, the ambient and the details of this place are amazing. The hotel staff upgraded us from a regular room to a chalet which left us amazed. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, the staff helps you with your luggage. Again, all praise for this wonderful place!

Excellent would be an understatement in describing the experience at this wonderful place. Everything from the service, to the cleanliness of the rooms to the colorful theme of the hotel made it such a sublime experience. The owner, was particularly very hospitable and super helpful, he helped with transporation and helped us in getting a good deal on airline tickets, he just made the whole experience such a blast! Would recommend 1000%

The owner Sied is super friendly and treats me like his family. Everything in the room and terrance is clean and comfortable. Location is perfect which is next to the Nile River and Philae Temple. Sied has a private boat and is available to offer a special trip to visit the Temple. Food is delicious. The price of the tour is reasonable. I would like to stay here for next trip.
