from an experienced traveller, i had an exceptional stay, staff are friendly, outstanding food quality, spotless premises, enjoyed the aquapark and loved the layout of the deluxe family room with a door in between to separate the kiddos, thanks jaz solaya staff for everything and will definitely be back

The hotel was amazing. I got an upgrade to a room with both the scenery of the swimming pool and the beach. The staff were pretty nice, caring and helpful. Activities in the hotel were quite versatile and entertaining. Also, the beach has all the beautiful aqua life that does not wanna make you explore anything outside the hotel.

The food was great. The beach was nice. Slides were fun. Sunset camel ride was cool. Staff was friendly and helpful.

FANTASTIC HOTEL IN MARSA ALLAM

The staff , the food , the service and the location was impeccable. Special thanks to Reda and Mostafa at the reception and the Entertainment team who made the stay amazing .

Close to Airport. Food excellent. Stuff excellent. Beach very clean and very big. Entertainment OK. Finally, will come again - yes.

Everything was absolutely perfect for our summer holiday. The resort was spotless, and the facilities had everything we could possibly need. A huge thank you to the staff who were all so friendly and welcoming. The animation team was the star of the show – they were incredible and kept our kids (and us!) happily entertained from morning till night. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Food, Staff, cleanliness, air port transfer, everything Excellent !!!

The staff was super helpful and friendly

We loved our stay, and I want to commend the reception staff for their exceptional support and hospitality. The complimentary upgrade to a family room was a delightful surprise. I liked the availability of free, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the premises and the well-maintained pools and beach. The housekeeping was perfect, the variety and quality of the food were good, and the evening entertainment was enjoyable. Overall, my experience was amazing, and I look forward to visiting again in the future.

The staff was wonderful. Everyone always with a smile. We came for the beach and snorkeling and were not disappointed. I was unsure about the pontile to go snorkeling but it was great. No mad rush for sunbeds and umbrellas. Just had to pick our favorite spot. We had a small problem with our shower, and maintenance cleared up the problem immediately. Everything super clean. The food service was plentiful. Better quality than many other places we've stayed on the Red Sea. However, Italians are picky so I don't feel that I am able to judge fairly. I am looking forward to a return visit

Security was attentive to their duties. The cafeteria servers were quick on the cleanup and removal of your dishes. Sometimes they were too fast. Plenty of food and the facility was well taken care of.

Statf are amazing specially ( Mr. Shaaban the manager, Nancy customer relation manager and Ramadan ) all are amazing, supportive and very professional 😍

Fits well Into the landscape; very wide and generously laid out; staff makes you feel very welcome
