This place hits the basic winning trifecta. Super comfortable bed, excellent shower and big fluffy towels. On top of that nice views and spotlessly clean. The owner was a great person to boot. As a side note I must have missed/deleted a message somewhere regarding some of the details. To check in head to the adjacent restaurant and the owner, I’m sure, will be there to take care of you. Breakfast is included and served in the restaurant. Fresh squeezed OJ is a great way to start the day!

We had a lovely stay surrounded by nature. The place is a good starting point to explore the areas, 30 min away from Bilbao, 1,5h from San Sebastian. The breakfast and dinner were amazing, local dishes. We appreciated Francisco and Tania's services. The building is impressive and is an effort to maintain such an old one.

Very modern and well decorated rooms with a comfy bed. The location is in the main square of orduña so its the best you could ask for.

It is a beautiful property and in the town surrounded by mountains. House was so well maintained, so spacious and full of amenities. The hosts were so nice and welcoming. Kids loved the property. Definitely recommended if you want to spend time in peaceful location and nature

Location great, staff wonderful

Exceptional and magnificent property. Very nice and green environment. From the property you can make a very beautiful hike to mountain next to it. From this location you can easily drive to Bilbao (40 minutes), to the coast (about 1 hour) or deep into the mountains for hikes. There are jacuzzi's in the two rooms and they work very well. There is a big and nice garden around the house and you have almost full privacy. The property is at they beginning of the path (only a car from a local passed by twice in 1 week...). It is not only apatrments - it is like a museum with all facilities and animals around. It is perfectly clean with all facilities possible, a lot of space and friendly hosts! I hope this place will prosper and want to stay here again!

Wow, this apartment is incredible! I felt right at home and didn’t want to leave anymore. It’s got everything you need and more, with all the amenities, a full kitchen, and even coffee provided. It’s brand new and decorated with love, very clean, with strong AC and fast wifi. It’s located beautifully in the green valley and faces the river. The calming sounds of the river make for a great night’s sleep. Free parking is just around the corner. Bilbao is easily reachable by car in about 20min or slightly longer without the toll. Btw, you can leave the car at Park+Ride Etxebarri cheaply and it’s only a few minutes metro ride to get into the city center. The staff greeted me at the ticket machine and was super helpful to get the required metro card and later to pay for the discounted parking. Just be careful not to miss the last train back. I would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was extremely comfortable and enjoyable. This hidden gem has a wonderful view of surrounding mountains over looking the town square..It is a serene location ideal for decompressing. There are several restaurants all within a short walking distance. There is a great hiking trail five kilometers away and a bus service that takes you to Bilbao.

The studio is very comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. the location is beautiful and remote, yet easy to get to, and Ana and Iñaki were incredibly helpful!
