Location and price/ value ratio

Great location, nice bar downstairs, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds, unscented linens, great sound-proofing, fast internet, and super clean! Basically, everything that matters to us for a very reasonable price. We’ll come back the next time we’re in Bilbao.

Front staff very friendly and helpful Great walking distance to sights “Large single room” really was Delicious breakfast

I went for one night to watch the game on the San Mamés stadium. And this hotel was perfectly good for one night stay. It's absolutely new, and the room was very perfect. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't say anything about it. And receptionist helped me to order the taxi to airport, which was quite perfect for me, because there were 0 available Uber cars at the time.

Clean room. Convenient location. Parking garage. Tram and bus stops nearby. Could walk to a lot of restaurants and attractions

Conveniently located by airport. Quiet area away from overly crowded city center. Short 10 min walk to train.
