Friendly staff Food was good Showers and rooms clean On the Camino path

Excellent on all counts! we had a great stay. Thanks La Huella del Camino!

Staff were kind and helpful and the room was well-equipped. Loved the cafe downstairs for a beverage when I arrived and breakfast before I left.

A charming inn. It is impeccably outfitted and tastefully decorated. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I cannot recommend Fernando's hostel enough. Communication was easy and friendly from the beginning, and Fernando worked with our travel plans to check us in after a hard days walk on the Camino. I am vegan and my wife is vegetarian and Fernando made us a fantastic meal using fresh vegetables from his garden. It was delicious and so very kind of him - make sure you tell him in advance so that he can plan accordingly. We were a party of four and we had an entire bunk room to ourselves. The building is a wonderfully converted old mill full of charm and character but with all of the comforts you need after a day's hike. If it is hot out you can even soak your feet in the stream in front of the property. The hostel is a little beyond the main town, but there is a short cut back onto the Camino for when you leave in the morning. We would love to stay here again and would definitely recommend it.

I stayed here last year and returned this year with my wife and two other friends. We had two single beds in each room, which also had a sink. The bathroom and shower facilities were shared. Everything was very comfortable and in working condition. The owner and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Especially, Sofie was very helpful when our broken Spanish was not sufficient. She provided great service with a great and genuine smile. The food is served in the bar at the lower level. Dinner was very delicious in large portions. It is a simple albergue operated by lovely people, and the value is unbeatable. Thank you!

Very friendly staff, great delicious dinner. Very welcoming.

Great albergue in quiet area. Clean and comfortable.

I stayed here last year and returned this year with my wife and two other friends. We all shared a room with bunk beds. The bathroom facilities were shared with the other pilgrims. The establishment is under new ownership since last year. Tony, the new owner, is local and runs a great operation with his very competent, personable, and helpful assistant, Leonardo from Italy. The lady who cooks the dinner for the pilgrims is an amazing cook. The whole team works together very well to make this stopover in a tiny town on the Camino a memorable one. Thank you all. I would love to come back someday.

2 Staff had good Engish, 1 Passable, 1 could get me more beer. Kitchen/Bar opened at 6am and closed at midnight.

The house is beautiful and extremely comfortable, and the location is spectacular.
