Superb location a short walk from the Basilica de Santa Maria. Near the start of road to the two lakes. Great welcome from Bea and her family. Lovely room with homely touches (cushions, bedspreads, coffee machine). Good breakfast in an adjoining downstairs room. Plenty of parking opposite and a restaurant within 15 minutes walk.

This apartment was not only pristine and well appointed but very close to downtown Cangas de Onis and within 1/2 block of the R2 path that extends 16k out to other villages nearby along the river. It is a perfect location for exploring the Covadonga area. The staff were quite helpful and welcoming and it has underground parking with an elevator.

Description is exactly correct. Great location just below the entrance to the park. No bus required midweek in late May. Walking available to restaurants above and below the guesthouse. We picnicked one night in the nice area behind the guesthouse. Conveniently located access to the first floor. Good parking. Good breakfast. Great value.

We loved the location. We had a rental car and they had parking for us. We could walk to the Basilica in the cave. We walked to restaurants for eating. The bus picks up incredibly close by to take you to the Lakes, since you’re not allowed to drive there. They serve a great breakfast of yogurt, fruit, meat, cheese, bread, and Fried egg. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it.
