Very upbeat and welcoming staff. Room was large and had a great view of the bay and Hendaye. Dog was welcome in all areas. Great paths and hikes accessible directly from the hotel. Beach and town a 15 walk down a steep hill from Casa Higeralde. Breakfast was spectacular.

had a wonderful stay at Hotel Atalaia on the hottest day of the summer. The staff was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful with both us and our dog. They managed to get us the last available table at their restaurant, which turned out to be amazing—the food was delicious, and the chef is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. A truly warm and memorable experience. Highly recommended!
