Our stay with this hotel was way beyond our expectations. Expected the breakfast to be rather dull, because it was included. But I was so wrong! The breakfast was really good with a lot to choose, great coffee and really nice staff. The room was excellent for the price and we did not miss anything. We got very fond of the pool bar/restaurant and went there often for a lunch. Great menu with lovely food. We were impressed of the staff working at the pool bar as well as the hotel in general, they were so professonal and seemed to really care about their job (and us as guests). I know for sure that we will return next time we visit Mallorca, and we will have no hesitation to recommend the hotel to our family and friends.

Stayed here with my adult daughter and we absolutely loved the charm of this hotel. The staff are lovely and friendly and give personal attention to your stay - the overall layout of the hotel is both interesting and unique. The food was delicious and excellent value for money. This is a special gem and if we ever returned to the island we would definitely stay here again.

    Good facilities, fantastic location and views, great food. Generally friendly staff except for the incident regarding our pre-paid parking. Overall a satisfactory experience! Would probably recommend it to others but not sure if we would return.

    The view is amazing. The staff is very kind, helpful and super friendly. The parking spot is very accessible. The breakfast is fine. The room service lady is just amazing. The hotel wasn't fully booked so we had an amazing high floor room.

    Loved the amazing view in the lobby. The reception staff was great also, they provided us with a conveniency room as we arrived early for our check in. the concierge was very nice and gave us her Whatsapp number if we had any requests. We had a car and receptionsts told us about a free car park not far from hotel. all in all it was a great stay and highly recommended. we will definitely go back.

    Very Good Location in IIletas, well maintained grounds. Got upgraded to junior suite :). Lovely friendly and welcoming staff, very good service and hard working staff in the restaurants, spacious and clean rooms, free parking, Very vice beach area. Breakfast Baguette was very good!

    Good size room with massive bed overlooking the sea. Very clean. Great shower. Attentive staff. Excellent buffet breakfast. Facilities in room excellent. Nice size pool with towels provided. Bar service. Access to sea off of small stony cove or rocks. Good location as was close to other places eg Palma, Port Andratx, Portals Nous. Close to airport (25mins). Worth paying extra for seaview room as other rooms on side of hotel looking over car park
