Amazing stop on the Camino, we walked from PortoMarin and it was 18km. We didn’t want to do the whole walk to Palas de Rei in one day with kids and this place was such a gem! The place itself is lovey inside, clean and modern with nice hot showers, but there are lots of little extras. We were there in the winter when the restaurant was closed, but the hostess offered to buy us a few groceries to make a meal. Really exceptional experience!

It has a New wing ! We chose that and we did not regret it . Soooo clean and quiet even if it was in same Bldg as the dining hall. It’s 1 Km before the town so if you’re tired- you’ll get an earlier rest😍

Family was extremely nice and welcoming, my kids loved watching the animals, the host drove my wife to pick up dinner from a nearby restaurant, and the host provided a wonderful breakfast and even provided sanchichion sandwiches to go for our hike.

The apartment was a very nice size. It is a bit outside the center of town, which is good. There is plenty of street parking. Close to a Cafe and grocery store.

We were overjoyed when we saw the sun deck and room, it was really lovely. Our host was very helpful and friendly and she made us feel very welcome. The room was tastefully decorated and clean and nothing could be faulted.

We stayed 2 nights here and had plenty of space to spread out. It was close to a laundromat, has a washer on-site but not dryer, grocery store and restaurants. The bed was a little on the hard side for us. It was nice to be able to eat in/cook a little. Access was easy and instructions were clear.

Very comfortable beds, spacious apartment, fully stocked kitchen, and even with coffee and muffins!

We loved our stay at Zendoira Albergue. We stayed in tidy little pods with lots of room and interior cupboards, shelves, lights and plugs for charging devices. Showers were close, clean, with soap and paper towels. Curtains couldn’t shield us from snoring, unfortunately, but that’s what earplugs are for! Overall it was a very nice place to stay while on the Camino.

This is the most memorable accommodation we stayed at throughout our journey to Santiago. The room, bathroom, and even the corridors were so impeccably clean that it felt as though they had been cleaned by someone with an obsession for cleanliness. This genuinely made me happy. :) I was a little flustered during check-in because I couldn't understand Spanish, but the friendly staff made the process smooth and easy. The room was spacious and spotless. It was a little cold at night, but the heater kept us warm and comfortable. After checking out, I didn't even realize that my passport was missing. We later discovered that the housekeeper had carefully placed it inside one of my family member's bags, along with an incredibly kind and thoughtful message. Our entire family was deeply touched by this gesture. It was such a thoughtful act that we will never forget. The staff are truly professional, attentive, and caring. This accommodation has left us with wonderful memories, and we are so grateful for the exceptional hospitality we received.

The apartment is airy, beautiful and comfortable and it pained us to leave. There is a gorgeous garden and the apartment is exquisitely decorated and modern, it has everything one needs. The location is perfect and peaceful. The lovely details our hostess had were not lost on us: fresh cookies, fruit, teas, coffee. We felt so welcomed and cared for!

It's a beautiful and welcoming house, warm and tastefully decorated, in a very peaceful location. A true gem. Very well equipped. My only regret was not being able to stay longer.

Such a beautiful place! The manager was so kind and helpful after a long day of hiking. I had the best sleep of my trip. The food for dinner was excellent and the breakfast bar was excellent, as well! I was treated like a queen and will definitely be back! The Camino trailhead was just across the street, so no long trek to the trail.

Nunca falta de nada e todo está exactamente como debe estar: limpeza, iluminación, temperatura, facilidades, estado dos baños, comodidade… Un dos meus hoteis de referencia, desde logo.

Amazing presentation, absolutely delicious home made breads, yogurt, outstanding jams. The eggs were perfection and meat, fruit and cheese was exceptional. Best breakfast of the trip!

The property was wonderful for pampering after walking the Camino. It is great to taxi in from Palas de Rei and walk out in the morning where there will be less crowds and beautiful eucalyptus trees. The location is tucked away and the views are supreme. It was just the relaxing spot I needed.
