Quiet, a tiny village away from traffic etc. The view was extraordinary. The host shared her garden largesse.

We stayed here for 2 nights and absolutely loved it. The house is located in the mountains of Asturias and the panoramic view was breathtaking — it sits higher than the other houses, so nothing blocks the scenery. You can easily spend hours by the window or on the balcony just watching the changing nature, weather, and mountain life. We also really loved the house itself. It is spacious, beautifully designed, very thoughtful, and extremely comfortable. Everything that was listed was available, and all the amenities worked perfectly. We spent hours on the balcony enjoying the silence and the views. Two days were definitely not enough — we would have loved to stay longer. This was probably the best stay of my life, and I would absolutely love to come back. I will definitely recommend it to everyone I know.

Everything. Just like every time I go. It has become the one place we return to year after year. Unbeatable views with such a well thought out plan, Sames is such a treasure. Also, new this time is that LTE now works there!

Loved the facilities in general busy restaurant and quiet rooms in back of facility. The staff are friendly and engaged and go above and beyond to work around my lack of Spanish language skills.

Beautiful hotel. It reminded me of The Grand Budapest Hotel. The shortest of walks take you to the cave and to the basilica. There's not much else to do in the area, so we got there later in the day.

THE BREAKFAST! OMG!! Delicious buffet, tons of options, home made high quality items! And the staff was very very friendly.

A wonderful stay!...a most beautiful and peaceful place with Patricia the host super attentive, helpful and kind. Our corner room had two large windows with a spectacular view of the mountains and beautiful landscape. All was extremely clean and top quality. The breakfasts and dinners were delicious and creative. We are very content and happy with our experience. Thank you Patricia!
