Close to hikes in national park and close to places without lights to view northern lights. The host Miia was very helpful and provided places to hike and gave us some dish washing solution because we forgot to buy some. I liked the fact that we could cook food to save money and grocery stores are available in kuusamo.

    absolute silence in the mornings, evenings and nights. Otherwise, the cabin is very close to the main parking of the pieni karhunkierros, but luckily hidden among tress. So, this might be a disadvantage for people seeking solitude. Well equipped exactly as on the photos
