The property is located on the outskirts of the town, at the end of the street, in the buildings of an old mill. For free, you get the sound of water flowing around this place from two sides and feel like Robinson Crusoe on a deserted island ;). The spacious apartment has a small, well-equipped kitchenette, a private bathroom, a large living room and two bedrooms in the attic. The owners are friendly and accommodating.

The owners are very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us.. The setting is amazing. We used it as a stopover back to England. We will definately be back.

Booked literally couple of hours before arrival. Only about one km from A28 - perfect! Very friendly staff throughout. The tent/pod was brilliant. Coffee machine, fridge with small freezer, lots of sockets, mirror, hanging space, covered area outside with table, chairs and loungers. We were right next to the lake, so setting was perfect. The bed was really comfy. There is a restaurant on site and we had dinner and breakfast there - both excellent. Swimming pool looked lovely, although we didn't use it the night we stopped. Shower block was nice and clean with plenty of hot water. There is a Super U literally as you turn off the A28 for fuel and any bits you might want. Would definitely use this as a stop over again.

Staying in a beautiful Castle built between the 13th and 16th Century was amazing! It felt like staying in a museum, with incredible artefacts all around the castle to look at. The setting was stunning and we absolutely loved it. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to ensure I could eat breakfast, as a coeliac this was great. They were also very happy for our puppy to stay, with no extra charge.
