What a lovely little gem in the heart of the forest we found! Lovely big double room with a private bathroom, a sitting area, and a shared lounge with fridge and tea and coffee facilities.. The 70s decor is amazing...like being in the movie. Beautiful grounds and setting and delightful hosts. Breakfast was fantastic, and the recommendation for a nearby restaurant for dinner was spot on. .

A very nice, quiet, comfortable self-catering overnight stop deep in the Livradois-Forez. Our hostess was most helpful and considerate, and whilst we didn't have time to enjoy the jacussi this time round, we all hoped to do so in future!

Mieka and Jan were wonderful hosts. They recommended and booked restaurants for us and prepared a wonderful meal another night. They were great company. They also recommended places to visit and sights to see. The beds were comfortable with good facilities. Breakfast was great, too. Highly recommend.

We stayed in the family room which was one of the best we stayed in. The beds were very very comfortable and my children liked to play on the Sega computer. As dinner we had the tapas menu and it was great. The breakfast was very good too. All in all we had a very pleasant overnight stay!

We stayed one night on our way down to Catalunya, and it could not have been better. We were the only hosts for the night. Paul, the owner, gave us a very warm welcome, and the dinner we booked (and he cooked!) was outstanding. Great wine and conversation too! The house is beautifully renovated, and our dog had plenty of space to run around, and also could play with the local dog, Papi 🖤 we wish we had more time to stay and discover the area or just chill, because it’s worth it.
