We spent a night at Le Petit Caviste and I wish it was longer! It's absolutely wonderful. Two very comfortable bedrooms with great beds and crisp linen and brilliant showers. Nicolai met us on arrival and was the most perfect host. We were welcomed with a chilled bottle of wine in the fridge and a jar of pate. There's a restaurant just across the path and dinner was homestyle and delicious . Breakfast was served on the terrace with an amazing view. Incredible! Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Croissants, fruit, homemade yogurt hams, cheese, breads, orange juice, coffee, eggs and bacon if you wanted, but that was more than enough for us. And our lovely host packed a parting gift that included water for our onbound trip. This was one of many thoughtful/attention to detail touches that abound here and we would highly recommend it Thank you Nicolai, your oasis of calm in a busy traveling schedule was just what we needed.

The room is lovely, featuring a jacuzzi. It's situated on the ground floor, with a table and chairs outside for you to enjoy the forest view and beautiful sunsets. Parking for your car is conveniently located nearby. The restaurant is excellent. You can enjoy the swimming pool with hydromassage and an infrared sauna. The hotel offers complimentary equipment for minigolf, tennis, and bowling in the expansive and pleasant area. There's also the option to iron your clothes.

It was very clean, quiet, and well organized. The surrounding area was beautiful and the location was convenient. Despite being in the woods right next to a pond, we saw no mosquitoes. Many toys were available for our daughter.

Breakfast was wonderful! Local honeys, jams, croissants and a delicious homemade breakfast cake. It's a tranquil place. Very thoughtfully and beautifully restored with local materials and just the right touch of antiques. Our room was spacious, airy and comfortable. We loved it and hope to be back!
