The location was perfect. Good view of beach and sea from the terrace. Two minutes and you are on the beach. It was a 10 minute walk to the train station. Also near a well-stocked Spar supermarket. The WiFi was excellent and worked well throughout the apartment. The apartment itself was a very good size with plenty of room.

We received the keys by Florian's parents, they are very nice and were really furthersome. The apartment is really close to sea (the beach) and there is a splendid medieval city in about 2 kilometers on the hilltop (direction Haut de Cagnes, one can go on foot). We have a dog, he was welcome in apartement, and, we found a nice beach where to swim with him (between the moles 1 and 2, about half mile on walk).

Excellent location just in front of the beach. It is a bit outside of the main area of Cagnes-sur-mer, so the beach was almost empty most of the days (end of July). You need a car to get around and included parking in the backyard is a fantastic bonus.

Great location! It is only 200 meters to walk to the Promenade de la Plage, i.e. the beach promenade and the beach. Supermarket and bakery just up the road. The supermarket is located at the corner of 76, Bd Maréchal Juin and Boulevard J F Kennedy. The bakery is excellent and is located on the opposite side, just a few meters further up. The owner/contact person is very nice and helpful. The balcony has sun all day. Great way to start your day: Sitting out on the balcony with a cup of coffee. You can rely on the pictures you see. The pictures are correct.

Everything was awesom ! Appartement was clean. Kitchen was full of kitchenware. Towels and beds sheets was ready and clean. The appartement owner was very friendly and helpfull. Give all information what we need. And thanks for bottle of good French Vine. Wiev from the window and terrace was amazing. Train station were nearby Shops and restaurant were nearby Definetly we will come back in next year. Recomendation from us.
