There’s nothing not to like at this property. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Theo’s warm hospitality has as much to do with that as his incredible vision, practical skills and design sense. This is an amazing place and Theo is a superb host, providing for every little detail to make people’s stay here as comfortable and pleasant as can be. Our stay unluckily coincided with a heatwave, and Theo was quick to provide a parasol, adjust the hot tub settings to lower the temperature, and provide us with ample information for swimming spots and other activities to keep us entertained and cool in the extreme heat. Breakfast is brought to the cabin every morning at the agreed time, includes a selection of homemade and local treats, and always with a personal handwritten note wishing you a good day - a nice touch! An ideal destination for people who have nature and sustainability at heart and are looking for a special get-away. We can’t wait to be back!

Sylvie and Eric were warm and generous hosts, the room was immaculate and the location was quiet with an amazing view of the countryside. The continental breakfast was one of the best we have had with local produce. Great care was obviously put into making the property clean and tidy.

Location quite remote but beautiful area.Quiet and peaceful.Think it would be lovely in the summer with its swimming pool.Good number of bathrooms.Hosts pleasant and welcoming and helpful. Would love to visit again but would probably need to rent a car

Very comfortable and quiet. The room was very luxurious. The dinner and breakfast were both excellent. The grounds were amazing and large. The staff were very friendly and the owner was extremely personable.

There was a good choice of food for breakfast and coffee was nice. Comfy bed, friendly staff, clean rooms. Found hotel quiet by day and night. Good value. Large opening windows in bedroom.
