Everything, well set out comfortable cottage, simple to use equipment which all worked.off Road parking patio in the sun out the back . Nice touch with welcome gift of flowers, biscuits, milk ,you could tell this is a well loved and cared for cottage and a brilliant base for walking and local pubs.

Rowrah Hall is located in a lovely area in a more quite corner of Lake District, and it's only a short drive from beautiful Ennerdale Water. The communication before our stay was clear and friendly, and the welcome was very warm. The house and the surroundings are charming, and our beautiful room totally exceeded our expectations. It was spacious & full of character, and all the little details in the room made our stay extra comfortable. Breakfast wasn't included in the room price but could be ordered separately, and it was delicious and very, very generous. Organising a little birthday surprise for my other half was not a problem either, and birthday cake, candles and a surprise birthday song made our breakfast even more perfect. Thank you for making our stay so special, we are looking forward to come back some day!
