What a fabulous property - spotlessly clean, very warm and cosy (which we appreciated given the stormy weather when we arrived) and with lovely comfortable furnishings and a fantastic view. The property is equipped with everything you could need and we appreciated the little things like proper toiletries (not a bar of soap- my pet hate!) and extra towels/blankets, not to mention the millk in the fridge and snacks which Elizabeth left for us. The host communication was first class and we got a bit of a later check out which helped us with our plans for the day. Will be back - thanks again!

Everything from the location to the comfy beds to the hot water. The pod is perfect the views are awesome. There is a nice little fridge with all the pots plates and cutlery.. perfect for four. There was a little heating hob for cooking and tea coffee with a kettle. Host greeted us at the pod she explained everything very nicely.

A la costa nord-est d'Escòcia, a sobre dels penyasegats i amb l'illa de Hoy a la vista. Ens hauríem quedat més dies. Un bon lloc per a explorar la costa nord-oest d'Alba. La July i el Kevin us preparan un bon esmorzar per a començar bé el dia. I deixeu les presses a casa, les carreteres d'aquí són de doble sentit, però només hi cap un sol cotxe, cal circular amb prudència i fent un bon ús dels "passing places". Que gaudiu de les Highlands !

Detta is a wonder! She ( and tradespeople) lovingly restored a Mansion built in the Highlands in 1854. Ultra clean and well kept, extremely spacious room, modern bathroom and bed. Small but very well equipped kitchen, a must as its a good drive to food in Thurso. Bring a nice bottle of wine and something microwavable /bakeable, or cook from scratch as we did. Gorgeously kept, extensive gardens! Fabulous locations for short or extensive walking in our 3 days here.

perfectly located for scenery, wildlife, peace, quiet and access to the North Coast of Scotland attractions. The cottage itself was perfect, like a home from home. Everything you needed was provided, it was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Hosts are lovely and we chatted to them several times when out and about as they run the farm nearby. They were very keen that we had everything we needed for a super holiday.
