We liked the professionalism and friendliness of the Manager who met us upon arrival, dealt with our booking, and served us tea at breakfast the next day. She was the best bit. We also liked having the breakfast, and the history of the hotel with its priest hole etc. And having access to a Residents' Lounge was an unexpected bonus.
