Very good value for money. The property was very tidy with modern facilities. It's close to the town with good access to public transport. However, there is a little walk uphill from the bus stop. If you can drive and get a rental that would be a plus. The Landlord was very kind and friendly.

It's so close to town and literally every amenity

The place is very big with 2 bedrooms, private bathroom and kitchenet. all rooms have ac/heat units and fans. good Wi-Fi service and Netflix is available, the only drawback is that everything is in French. Both hosts are very nice and accommodating. I really love the place and that coffee maker was great as I am coffee lover. Even with hosts next door in main house the place was still very private. the problem I had was the location, even when it wasn't far from Boulevard Des Heros and Pointe-A-Pitre which have city vibes, the property was far removed from busses and even dangerous to walk. around to get to the city. However, If I were to comeback renting a car would be key. with a car the location is a huge 9 out of 10. Also be aware of huge dog that sometimes bark at night that was a draw back for me. other than that I loved the place.

Great place to stay! The room is in Sylveres apartment who is a great host and shared a lot of information and tips. The room is clean and has everything needed. It is located in a residential area, I found it easy and safe to get around.

The location - it's close to some shops, restaurants and carrefour express. The apt is much better than the photos suggest. It's large, spacious, comfortable. The owner was attentive and kind; granted me early check in. It's in a local area - where people who go to work every day, live their every day lives have housing. So the reviews about it being dangerous, run down, unsafe, isolated is just coded language to say it's Africans/Black people around that the reviewer ain't comfortable with while visiting the country, which is wild cause y'all know Guadeloupe is Black/Creole, right? Like, stop going to majority African, Black countries with colonial mindset in tact. I preferred the vibe of the area because it's real people who don't cater to tourists, but are kind and generous when you talk to them. I only stayed one night, but I'd come back and stay longer in a heartbeat.

My husband truly enjoyed his stay and appreicate the host for everything that she has done. You can tell she put a lot of care into the home and making guests feel comfortable. He had issues locking the door, and she arrived in 5min to help him. Lovely host and great home!

Great place, very friendly and helpful host -- Lili! Arrived later than described check-in time and still Lili organized everything, so we could get inside without any problems.

The location is perfect for me, just 50 meters from a very nice and quiet beach. Also great for running in the morning as the greater area there is very calm and mostly flat.
